The majority of our products are only available under medical supervision, but we have selected a small number of high performance solutions that are suitable for home use.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Order now' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. Whether you are shopping from North America, Great Britain or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard and switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

We aim to ship all orders within 10 days and usually much sooner. All orders are sent by the most appropriate method for your area.
\\ Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you in 10 business days or less. International orders are generally received in under 14 days.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
\\ Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. If your delivery country is outside of the union VAT will automatically be deducted from your order.
\\ Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
\\ Guarantee
All of our products come with a 14 day guarantee. If you consider the product to be faulty in any way please return it to us by prepaid post. We will replace the product or refund the purchase price at your request. Please use suitable packing if returning product.
