

Mixing Directions:
1. Empty one packet in a bowl ,high glass or electric blender
2. For shake add 220ml –240ml cold water and whisk or blend well.
3. For Pudding add 115mls of cold water while stiring with afork or whisk until well dissolved. Refrigerate for 15 – 30 minutes until firm.
Consume within a short period of time.
